Job summary

Burlington Stores in Dallas is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor and coach a team of assistants, supervisors and associates, uphold Burlington’s values, and drive sales through excellent customer service and strong store execution.

The role requires 5+ years of retail management in a big-box or specialty environment, a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to manage staffing,

Qualifications

5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
Experience using scheduling and reporting software

Responsibilities

Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives
Lead merchandise placement, promotions and pricing in collaboration with Merchandising
Oversee receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs and chargeback accuracy
Manage payroll budget, scheduling and workforce planning while partnering with district/regional teams
