Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor and coach a team of assistants and sales staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong merchandising, and controlled expenses.

This role demands strategic leadership, integrity, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. The Store Manager will partner with merchandising and operations, manage budgets, and deliver world-class shopping

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsabilités

• Direct management and oversight of store operations to maximize sales results and uphold company standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising and operations leads.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, debits, and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty and ensure adherence to Burlington SOPs.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates to meet staffing needs; onboard and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to staff; manage payroll budgeting and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication among store team, district and regional management, and partners.
