Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Minnesota-based, multi-million-dollar store operation, delivering a world-class shopping experience and strong results. You will mentor and coach a team, model professionalism, and ensure excellent customer service.

You’ll own day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management, driving sales while upholding Burlington values and SOPs. Full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing with merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget and reporting.
