Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Ramsey, MN to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation and deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor and coach a team of assistant managers, supervisors and associates, ensure execution of policies, and drive sales while upholding Burlington values.

This role requires strong leadership, communication and organization, with a flexible schedule and the ability to manage inventory, staffing and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or specialty environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage payroll budget, staffing, and scheduling.
• Drive sales and customer service excellence.
