Burlington Stores, Inc. in Maryland-Hagerstown is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor teams, manage partnerships across the organization, and uphold Burlington’s values in daily merchandising, service, and performance management.

You will oversee staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management while ensuring policy compliance and strong store results. This role is salaried and on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through coordination with merchandising and operations.
• Lead as Manager on Duty, set standards and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget with reporting and records.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members.
