Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities and executes initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review inventory processes including receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty, lead by example, and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar sales and expense budget and reporting.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and coach associates; provide ongoing development.
