Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Partner with Merchandising and Operations to coordinate merchandise placement and inventory tasks.
• Lead as Manager on Duty, manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and budget, and recruit/hire store staff.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and development for team members; handle personnel relations and scheduling.
• Drive customer service excellence and a world-class shopping experience.
