Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Daytona Beach, FL to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor the team, manage budgets, and partner with merchandising and operations to execute store initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multi-million-dollar stores and coaching staff to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Partner with merchandising and operations leaders on inventory and promotions.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and follow Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget.
• Recruitment, screening and hiring of associates and onboarding/training.
• Payroll budget management, workforce management and scheduling.
• Facilitate effective communication across store, district and regional teams.
