Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a multi‑million‑dollar retail operation. You will drive sales, service, and store standards while modeling Burlington values and creating a world‑class shopping experience for customers.

You will mentor associates, manage staffing and scheduling, and partner with district leadership to execute strategies. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsabilités

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, and inventory paperwork for accuracy.
• Manage multi‑million-dollar sales and expense budgets and partner with district/regional teams.
