Formación

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead as Manager on Duty; model Burlington SOPs and leadership presence.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting and records.
• Recruitment, screening, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Onboarding and training for new associates; ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budget management and scheduling.
