Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation, delivering world-class service and driving sales with a strong emphasis on trust and integrity. You will mentor and coach a team of Store Associates, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers, while partnering with regional leadership to execute company policies.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring outstanding customer experience and adherence to Burlington SOPs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of store leadership to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising and operations leaders.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses; oversee reporting and record-keeping.
• Lead the team by example, coach, mentor, and develop associates across the store.
