Job summary

You will lead by example on the sales floor, set and share aggressive goals, and motivate staff to achieve store targets while maintaining excellent customer service and team development.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Direct day-to-day store operations and ensure brand standards.
• Resolve customer issues and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Set daily/weekly goals with sales teams and monitor performance.
• Maintain inventory, curb shrink, and manage cash handling and store opening/closing.
