As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver best-in-class service and exceed sales targets. You will drive high-performance results in a fast-paced retail setting, while maintaining brand standards and completing NHU training.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, merchandising, and meeting store targets, with paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales by following the EGET sales process.
• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Take directions from District Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
