Victra is hiring a Store Manager in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead a team on the sales floor, coach consultants, and drive best-in-class guest experiences while meeting store targets.

This hourly leadership role includes training, daily scorecard reviews, and ownership of store operations and brand compliance. You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, maintain high standards of customer service, and collaborate with district leadership to optimize performance across store

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
