Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service or leadership role.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: hiring, developing, and coaching store staff.
• Drive store sales and customer experience by implementing the company vision.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, cash handling, and store compliance.
• Monitor and improve key sales metrics; communicate results to District Manager.
