Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Store Manager to shape guest experiences by coaching a team, driving sales targets, and ensuring brand compliance. This hourly role requires owning daily store operations and leading by example on the sales floor. You will manage talent, deliver training, review performance metrics, and maintain the store’s up-time and customer flow.

A background in retail or wireless and 1–2 years in leadership are preferred. Evening/weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless environments preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
