The role emphasizes accountability, training, and collaborative leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on achieving store metrics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: selecting, hiring, and developing the store team.
• Training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience and manage flow.
• Owns daily sales strategy and targets; analyzes metrics and drives performance.
• Run store operations: staffing, cash handling, compliance, and store integrity.
• Deliver the Victra guest experience and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead by example and communicate the company vision to the team.
