Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will own daily performance and mentor staff to improve results.

You will manage operations, scheduling, inventory, and store presentation while upholding compliance and signaling impact on store KPIs. A proven track record in leadership within retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent; interview/hiring decisions.
• Results Driven — Own and drive store numbers; track metrics daily to coach in real time.
• Running store operations — staffing, data reporting, cash handling, compliance, facilities coordination.
• Customer Focus — Deliver outstanding customer experiences and resolve issues on the floor.
• Relationship Building — Build strong relationships with team and peers for alignment.
• Change Management — Lead merchandising and planogram changes with the team.
