Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related professional/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leaders to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Lead all aspects of people management, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and terminations.

• Manage store operations including scheduling, expenses, and loss prevention.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
