Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of related professional/retail management experience.
• Undergraduate or graduate degrees are valued but not required.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to drive a consumer-centric in-store experience.
• Partner with store leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions and terminations.
• Provide coaching and training in customer service, product knowledge, and brand identity.
• Oversee scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
