Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and supervise store staff.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Protect company assets and implement loss prevention practices.
