Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder in Ocala, Florida, focused on delivering outstanding guest service and supporting the store management team. This role includes ensuring a clean shopping environment, processing purchases, and maintaining relationships with guests to promote loyalty and sales. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and preferably have retail experience and video game knowledge. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in executing and supervising all store activities.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and support store sales.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
