Qualifications

• Retail sales management experience required.
• Strong problem-solving for customer complaints.
• Inventory, scheduling and merchandising aptitude.
• Able to assist customers for personal sales and complaints.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support store operations.
• Drive store sales and promotions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build loyalty and deliver results for teammates, customers and company.
• Understand sourcing and competitive tire options.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and financial information current.
• Schedule and assign staff based on skills.
• Attend paid training and stay updated on automotive service trends.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
