Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks an exempt Store Manager to lead daily store performance, typically 40+ hours across five days including weekends, with a pay range of $67,430 to $114,620.

You will oversee staff, payroll, budgets, and promotions while driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. Paid training and career development support growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must assist customers for personal sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities
