Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager. This role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with a pay range of $58,235.00 - $98,990.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with personal sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
