Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN seeks an exempt Store Manager who will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a diverse team. Expect 40+ hours per week, including weekends, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and fiscal accountability.

You will manage payroll, budgets and inventory, schedule staff, and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in automotive retail. This role offers career growth within a premier national tire and service network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales management experience.
• Problem solving skills for customer complaints.
• Inventory, scheduling and merchandising aptitude.
• Assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent teammate and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license at all times.
