Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years Leadership experience required.
• Lead initiatives, manage projects and drive change.
• Project management, planning and facilitation skills.
• Effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic, operational, and financial performance of a single branch location.
• Make data-driven decisions to support business objectives and customer needs.
