WhiteWater Express in Galveston, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and uphold safety and service standards. You will assume GM duties during their absence and focus on developing future leaders while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail/hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and coach for performance and growth.
• Assist in selection, development, and retention of staff.
• Lead GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star guest experience across service lanes.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching, KPI oversight, and upselling.
