Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and develop future leaders at our Texas location. You will oversee shift coverage, coach staff, and partner with the GM to ensure top performance.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, service, and KPI-driven results. Base salary ranges with bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff during shifts.
• Coach team members to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Drive revenue through coaching and KPI-driven initiatives.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Assist GM with payroll, hours, and scheduling.
• Availability to work 45–50 hours per week.
