The role offers a base salary of $47,500–$55,000 with bonus potential and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company. Candidates should be self-starters with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or considered with experience.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and site safety protocols.
