Job summary

Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy T-Mobile store. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and ensuring store targets are met. A background in wireless retail and strong leadership are essential, with bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Management experience in retail sales is required.
• 2–4 years of Sales & sales management experience is required.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection and leadership.
• Conduct observations of store employees’ interactions with customers to inform coaching and training.
• Own store performance, manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and store expenses.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new programs to drive growth and efficiency.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
• Hire and develop team members who are passionate about customer relationships and the T-Mobile brand.
