You’ll own hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, inventory, and loss prevention while driving sales and ensuring store-wide excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years management experience in retail sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Oversee operations, training, and loss prevention.
• Ensure customer service and store standards.
• Monitor inventory and marketing initiatives.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
