Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead by example, rally and empower a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment, connecting customers with their world.

As the store leader, you’ll oversee operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and team leadership. The role requires 2–4 years of retail management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a passion for excellence. Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including feedback, to support development, training, and coaching.
• Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact the customer’s experience within the T-Mobile brand.
• Own store success and manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all store functions.
• Observe store functions, monitor sales and inventory, manage sales tracking and implement new programs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment.
• Lead by example with product knowledge, training, and leadership best practices.
