• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training and development to ensure high performance and service standards.
• Coordinate 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
