The company supports your development with paid Store Management Leadership Training and ongoing leadership programs. Training spans 8+ weeks, with a focus on operations, people leadership and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store success by leading, coaching and mentoring the team.
• Complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
