Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home store.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction targets.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
