Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop store team to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and support to prepare for advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.
