Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members while monitoring results.
• Provide ongoing coaching to assist Team Members in achieving performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members and ensure store operations meet requirements.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
