Job summary

EZCORP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Indianapolis to lead a team of 5-15 Pawnbrokers and Sales Associates. You will coach staff, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee pawn and sales transactions, analyze business metrics, and help with staffing, onboarding, and training. This is a growth-focused role with potential to advance to Store Manager as you develop leadership skills in the pawn business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in management or supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and control costs to achieve budgeted operating margins.
• Complete and oversee accurate sales and pawn transactions.
• Analyze reports on key metrics and recommend actions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by the team.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding and training per company guidelines.
• Support team engagement and monitor turnover against expectations.
• Provide coaching and feedback in regular 1:1s with team members.
• Perform daily store management responsibilities and assist with travel as needed.
