Lids Sports Group is hiring a Store Manager at our Richmond, VA store. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while mentoring a diverse team of associates.

This role requires in-store leadership, a focus on KPIs, and ensuring a welcoming, energetic shopping environment. You will manage hiring, training, and performance, while maintaining store standards and coordinating with district leadership.

Qualifications
