Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lynchburg, VA to lead daily store operations, oversee staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will act as manager on duty, supervise scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies while driving sales and preventing loss.

You will partner with leadership to maintain in-store merchandising, oversee inventory counts, and execute promotions.
