Job summary

Goodwill Industries in Michigan is seeking a Store Manager to supervise donation-to-sales operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will coordinate the flow of donations, prepare items for sale, and drive community impact by providing job training and work experience opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and budgeting skills, with responsibilities including scheduling, cash handling, and closing duties to support store

Qualifications

At least 2 years of retail related sales experience.
Minimum of 2 years management/supervision experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Marketing and/or merchandising training preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a retail store within budget to meet or exceed a production plan and monthly sales goals.
Support a diverse team of associates to meet sales goals.
Communicate and oversee logistics between store and plant for store needs.
Meet production goals by training, motivating, and mentoring to store staff.
Responsible for employee management and performance feedback.
