Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
• Forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor operation required or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, balance daily revenues, and perform administrative duties.
• Ensure high level of customer service for customers and donors.
• Oversee staff and volunteers, including coaching and development.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly store operations and environment.
• Ensure donations are sorted and merchandised per guidelines.
