Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing training and development for Associates; mentor and lead a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and programs to improve store efficiency.
