Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and supervising merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with focus on shrink reduction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to foster a positive, engaging environment for customers and staff.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and improve store layout and efficiency.
