Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor through daily leadership and feedback.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Coordinate loss prevention, improve store layout, and ensure safety and compliance.
