Qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or 2–4 years retail store management experience.
• Experience leading direct reports and building teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Hone product knowledge across categories and train staff to achieve competency.
• Assess local customer needs and communicate with District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and meet targets.
• Coach staff on goals, provide feedback, and lead on the floor during peak hours.
• Ensure staffing levels and payroll align with business needs.
