Buff City Soap Franchise is seeking a Store Manager in Louisville, KY to lead the makery team, ensure exceptional client experiences, and uphold Buff City standards. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and drive daily operations with integrity and a focus on safety and quality.

The role emphasizes staffing decisions, training, customer service excellence, and adherence to wage and hour laws while maintaining brand consistency and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong problem solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
