Buff City Soap is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the Buff City Experience. The role involves staffing, training, evaluating, and directing the makery operations to ensure client satisfaction and quality service.

The Store Manager will supervise day-to-day operations, maintain cleanliness, manage safety and security, and ensure adherence to wage and hour laws for staff. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Management or supervision experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise staffing and scheduling.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
