• Recruit, interview, and hire store employees to ensure efficient operations and a high-performing team.
• Foster an inclusive, trust-based culture grounded in Brooks values; maintain morale and address concerns proactively.
• Build future talent through ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to support peak periods and long-term talent sustainability.
• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring high standards in service and cleanliness.
• Manage store financials including revenue, margins, and operating expenses to achieve profitability.
• Drive daily execution through front-of-house and back-of-house leadership.
• Use retail analytics to monitor KPIs, optimize inventory, and ensure accurate processes.
• Maintain inventory levels and product mix through replenishment and pricing strategies.
• Oversee inventory integrity through cycle counts and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals.
